V.I.L.E.’s Professor Maelstrom schemes to steal all 17 copies of the historic Magna Carta from a museum in Mumbai. Carmen Sandiego has to face her former classmate-now-agent Paper Star. Things get out-of-hand though when Carmen loses the Magna Carta copies to Paper Star and has to follow her via train. Devineaux and Julia Argent also track Carmen Sandiego on the train.

Carmen Sandiego is a modern-day Robin Hood traveling the globe and stealing from V.I.L.E. (Villain’s International League of Evil) and giving back to its victims. Carmen is publicly perceived as a criminal by most law enforcement agencies – correction, make that a master criminal due to the sheer scale and theatricality of her heists. We will follow her escapades and get to determine not only where but who in the world is Carmen Sandiego?
