One of my favorite things about attending Fan Expo Dallas is that the team behind the local comic con puts on a cosplay red carpet event. Cosplayers of all skills, all colors, all fandoms, are encouraged to strut their stuff! And there was no registration required; it was easy-peasy, just line up before the red carpet began, let the MC know your character, and walk onto the red carpet.

Photographers from press outlets and anyone else interested were able to shoot photos or videos. The cosplay red carpet took place all three days of Fan Expo Dallas last weekend May 3-5. The team played various theme songs of different fandoms such as Sailor Moon and Game of Thrones. I had a lot of fun photographing the red carpet. Enjoy the cosplay photo gallery!
