World Fandom is a Texas-based nonprofit whose mission is to educate the public about Japanese anime, manga, music, and culture. Since 1992, World Fandom puts on its Anime Fest. The festival took place from Aug. 16-19 at the Sheraton Hotel in downtown Dallas.
